That is an sort of application i need to develop with minor tweaks, but are we talking about custom based PCB here? because I have to consider cost of Software and Hardware development with necessary gear therefore opted for Open-source like Arduino. As Atmel AT89C52 is more than enough to develop the RFID application.
you can easily modify it bcoz from this idea we have made RFID based toll tax system as a project and it can be build in a normal pcb and it is cost effective. Atmel AT89C52 has 32 I/O pins so you can add lot of things to your prototype.

Yes, I can add things to it, But I am not an Hardware Engineer to make electronic circuit, I merely write the Embedded C code by looking at the datasheets... If somebody can build for me then I am willing to pay them, programming part i can easily take care of it...
