RFID sensor stooped working , need help.

hey everyone , i am using the RFID sensor . its work a few times , but after i disconnect the sensor and plugin again in its stop working.
i try many option ' bit noting.. its make my very mad.
the code its the "dmpinfo" from example.

" Firmware Version: 0x0 = (unknown)
WARNING: Communication failure, is the MFRC522 properly connected?
Scan PICC to see UID, SAK, type, and data blocks..."
its what i see in the serial monitor.
i need help and idea to solution.

I guess you swapped one or more wires during the (un)plugging. Maybe the wiring is simply still wrong or you fried the module.

If you need more help provide links to the exact board you own, it's schematics, a complete wiring diagram and post the code you're testing with (use code tags!).
