RFID WRITE

hi guys.
i have a small project. i want to write a name on rfid tag.
so i watched a video (Arduino RfID read and write Tutorial - YouTube)
and use MFRC522 example ("rfid_write_personal_data")

the problem is that when i type my name and then put "#" at end, it save that name.
the code and result attache.

i use arduino mega and my connections are correct but i cannot understand what is the problem!

Have you tried replacing the reading of the name over the serial interface by a constant name and writing that one to the card? If that works you need too much time to type your name. You should then read in the name before you start communicating with the card.

i should hold tag infront of rfid during write.
