I'm looking to build a very low power transmitter to just signal the status of a couple of digitals, possibly using one of the HopeRF boards (I have a few RFM69's) - on its own !
So the question is - has anyone altered the configuration of one of these to say accept digital inputs and drop say the I2C bus ?
( I see a few companies out there are using them in different roles).
Be nice to do this mod from an Arduino sketch
