RGB LED smooth color fading?

When I first power on my Nano 33 BLE, the RGB LED cycles through several colors in a smooth fashion as if it had full-color RGB control. But the interface as described only shows 3 on/off pins, for a grand total of 8 color values. Am I missing something?

Full color control is achieved using PWM brightness control for each of the 3 LEDs.

Can you please post the code you are using?

Did you write this code, IF NOT can you post a link to where you got it?
If so, then the code probably has some intro code?
What is your code supposed to do?

Can you please post a link to the RGB LEDs you are using?
Can you please post a copy of your circuit, in CAD or a picture of a hand drawn circuit in jpg, png?
