RGB matrix display problem with arduino mega

Hi,

I took RGB matrix board last month. I started working on it from last 4 days.Till today it was working fine.Suddenly, it stops working and showed constant small square shape red and blue colour display. I tried all programs and examples but still same result.
I don`t know whether it is RGB Display problem or Arduino Mega problem.

Please tell me the solution for this problem.

Here I attached the photograph of that RGB display colors.

And nether do we because you have not read How to use this forum and so have not included any information to help us come to any meaningful conclusion.
