. just want to ask if how can i possibly make this project work, i'm working on a project that uses rfid and i'm not familiar with it, is it possible to make a cashless payment using the rfid tags(cards) by placing the information like amount balance in the tags(cards) itself? without having a database? im putting it to a transportation. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!

Yes, your project is possible. Tags come with user read/write space that you can use. Adafruit has lots of boards, tags and tutorials if you want to start learning.
As for how secure your tags will be if you plan on placing actual cash value there is a whole new topic... Your credit card doesn't just have an ordinary chip embedded for a reason.
