Rights to code uploaded to here.

Hi guys will get as active as possible as soon as possible, off to the Mobile World Congress this week so won't have time to get stuck in straight away. Just a quick question...

If we upload code using the cloud do we hold the rights to our own code or is there anything in terms that means that Arduino own rights to it and can reproduce / share etc?

From the terms and conditions:
By posting Content on or through the Service, You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright.

So yes, you are the owner of the code. We will allow in the future to share the code but it is up to you to do that.

Thank you,

OK thank you for the reply so in the case that we have forked a library on Github and modified it we are ok to upload this here ?

Yep you can definitely upload it on the Create Editor
