RnR Motion Card not found" en Mach3

Hello everyone

I need help with a problem I'm having when trying to connect to the Mach3mill software. I'm using a USB controller board, and when I launch Mach3, I keep getting the error: "RnR Motion Card not found."

I've been researching and trying several things, but I can't get Mach3 to detect the board. Is there any other solution?

Does windows detect (audible when plugging in) your card ?
What you get on device manager?

The RnR plugin is installed? (RnRMotion.dll)

If so,
try this procedure:

  1. Close Mach;
  2. Unplug USB cable for PC;
  3. Replug USB cabe;

After this the RnB card LED flash?

If I already have the RnR plugin installed, and I followed your instructions and it didn't work, I tried it on another colleague's computer, but I did get good results on his PC.

Hi deavisss, I had the same problem and I think it's a conflict with Win11 updating. I reinstalled Win11 3 months ago and it worked, but now I update Win11 (bad idea) and doesn' t work again (same error as you). I'd like to understand why and solve this problem without reinstall Win11. If someone has any idea let us know.
