It is using the picaxe. i want the code with arduino. Is any body has done anything?

I've never built such a robot, but it doesn't look like anything the Arduino couldn't be built around - if you are serious, pick up the parts and build the chassis, then post what you have (connect up the digital I/O lines to the motor driver chip, the servo to a digital I/O line, and the IR sensor to an analog line, of course) - programming should be pretty straightforward.
