i am just trying to rotate a camera 360deg plus up and down movement using stepper motors but i have no idea that there will be some mechanical engineering ??? how can i control my camera using stepper motor so that it can rotate 360deg plus up an down like a survellience camera.

This makes no sense - maybe there is a typo?

Your question gives no indication of the type of programming advice you are looking for. In simple terms you rotate the camera by issuing step pulses to the stepper motor driver.

You may find that hobby servos would be much simpler - both mechanically and programmatically - and much cheaper. A sail-winch servo can rotate about 3 full revolutions with position control so should be sufficient for your camera.
