rotational parking system, advice?

I am connecting a stepper to the L298n driver in "unipolar" form
Applying 12 volts to the driver and using the code provided on the website I got nothing
The stepper is not moving , I checked the connection and tested the coils it rotates when alternatively give coilsdc voltage
The problem in the code or not ? I AM new to arduino and I suppose to program my project using it "rotational parking sys" any suggestions , recommendations? A point to start from ?

One point for starting is for you to read the Forum posts by Nick Gammon at the top of the page. If you had, you'd know that posting your code is one of the first things you need to do in order to get help from people here. It's hard to help if we can't see the problem.
