RP2040 Nano Connect IoT function not connecting to cloud

I recently bought the IoT bundle but I can't get the included Nano RP2040 Connect (with headers) to work with the cloud. It recognized my device at first, then it did the firmware checking, but after entering a name for it, it couldn't find the device. I tried all the tips given in the error message "Device could not be found" but nothing worked! Anyone who had the same experience and can help me fix it?
