hi everyone i found a optical rpmcounter but im not sure about how can it work with ardunio.
in attachments there are photos of that sensör.
the brand of the senör is OMRAN but i couln't fin anything about this counter.

That is an "optointerrupter". It has an LED and a photodiode or phototransistor, plus possibly some other parts like resistors.
It would likely work with Arduino, but without a data sheet you will have to reverse engineer the circuit.
