RRD and the IDE

I’m trying to use the rrdtool library, in the 1.8.13 version of the IDE.

I installed the rrdtools library from Tools > Manage Libraries

From there I select Sketch > Include Library, and get back:

#include <fnv.h>
#include <gettext.h>
#include <plbasename.h>
#include <rrd.h>
#include <rrd_config.h>
#include <rrd_config_bottom.h>
#include <rrd_format.h>
#include <rrd_getopt.h>
#include <rrd_hw.h>
#include <rrd_hw_math.h>
#include <rrd_hw_update.h>
#include <rrd_i18n.h>
#include <rrd_is_thread_safe.h>
#include <rrd_parsetime.h>
#include <rrd_rpncalc.h>
#include <rrd_tool.h>
#include <rrd_xport.h>
#include <strftime.h>
#include <unused.h>
void setup() {
  // put your setup code here, to run once:
}

void loop() {
  // put your main code here, to run repeatedly:
}

However, even this level won’t compile. Instead, I get an error:
In file included from C:\Users\qaz\AppData\Local\Temp\arduino_modified_sketch_4380\sketch_dec13a.ino:2:0:
C:\Users\qaz\Documents\Arduino\libraries\rrdtool\src/gettext.h:56:11: fatal error: cstdlib: No such file or directory

^~~~~~~~~
compilation terminated.
exit status 1
Error compiling for board Arduino Uno.

If I’m reading that correctly, the gettext library is missing the cstdlib library (which is in turn missing from the environment). When I search the Manage Libraries tool, I don’t even see a cstdlib library? ?

For what board?
