RS422 and Arduino Schema is ok ?

I want to realise a transmission with 2xmax485 for 422 full duplex communication (TX+/TX-/RX+/RX-)

Is this schéma is ok for you. The length of the line will be < 10meters

Is it necessary or better to use optocopler like 4N28 ?

It looks fine. You should not need or want opto-couplers. You want something designed to overcome the influence of wire length... and these chips do that.
