RTC DS1302 code display wrong output

can anyone help me with this.
im trying to learn how display time with lcd i2c using the rtc ds1302 but it display wrong output.
i try change the day, date and time but the output still same.

i attach the code i used below.

How is it all wired?

Sounds a bit to me like it does nothing at all.

What is the output when you really disconnect the RTC?
