RTC gets wrong time on compile

When i compile the code contining rtc.adjust(DateTime(F(DATE), F(TIME))); i get time offset of +1h 12min. Always.

My pc clock is correct, bios clock is correct.

I've been looking for answer for this, but find only solutions for seconds discrepancy, not hours.
My code doesnt compile one hour and twelve minutes...

Ideas ?

Are you sure the date/time formats are compatible?

The DATE macro returns a null terminated 12 char array in the form "mmm dd yyyy".
The TIME macro returns a null terminated 9 char array in the form "hh:mm:ss".
