Hello,
I am working on a set up to monitor gps location within a 200 foot radius from the base station. I am looking at an RTK gps setup like the sparkfun RTK: (SparkFun GPS-RTK-SMA Breakout - ZED-F9P (Qwiic) - GPS-16481 - SparkFun Electronics). My plan is to record the GPS location of the rover for mapping. If the base station is an RTK gps, does the rover also need to be RTK? I was hoping to use a regular gps like the adafruit breakout gps. I would feed the NMEA data from the breakout gps rover to the RTK base station for corrections. I have not found a definitive answer that this would or wouldn’t work. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
