Rubix A10, a new Full Linux Board for Arduino Projects

As an Arduino projects developer, a full functional environment on power enough platform, supporting open source standard library, more flexible communication between devices, more synchrony or asynchrony control coming from kernel system, faster computing backend with simplicity architact, which device always is needed when you develop a either complex multi functional or basic low cost Arduino project.

Yes, this is Rubix A10, a new FULL Linux board with full Arduino compatible pins, easy plugging together, working with Arduino compatible boards, full open source development environment, high performance computing ARM architecture, very suits for either Arduino advanced developer or Arduino educator for beginner with no PC laptop dependence.

Rubix is designed for Arduino projects, leveraging the simplicity of the Arduino software experience. The integration of the standard Arduino pins interface enables Rubix to use the existing Arduino shield ecosystem so that innovators can expand the Rubix to develop a wide range of high-performance multi functional projects, such as visual motor control project, camera or lighting automation system, IR connection, remote collect data from sensors, and wireless integration control system, actually Rubix prepares All in One for you.

Here is a demo picture from INTERNEL resources of Rubix official website.

In the picture, all sketches are directly loaded from Rubix (middle unit) into Arduino UNO (bottom unit) to control simple LCD Arduino shield (top unit).

Here is an INTERNAL video for Rubix getting started if you'd like to enjoy watching.

Rubix is able to quickly bootup FULL functional Linux less than 35 seconds! it is based on A10 processor wiht Mali400, 1GB RAM, 4GB NAND and 150Mbps wireless. it has more applications(Arduino IDE, GNOME MPlayer, LibreOffice,Midori Browser, Apache web server, Mysql database), also has a lot of programming languages, such as Python,Perl, Ruby, Java, PHP, gcc.

Need more DIY? No problem.

Thank you for reading, hope it more help your Arduino projects development.

That website seems to be mostly about style with little useful information.

Does this RUBIX thing include an Atmel chip - if so which one?

If it does not have an Atmel chip and is solely a Linux board I can't figure why you would want to plug it into an Arduino like a shield as that seems to prevent access to the Arduino pins?

How do you program it as a Linux device?

...R

They don't seem to have put more than 2 photos on their site, but it looks like possibly the Linux board has arduino headers on it, and pins below it that plug into the UNO

So I presume that other arduino shields can be plugged into the top of the Linux board, and are hence connected to the UNO

But goodness knows how you configure the Linux chip connections to the arduino pins to be tristate.

Perhaps they just communicate to the UNO via spi or i2c

Information is sorely lacking ...

I'm not going to follow this in Bar Sport.

Please when you have something Real put videos on Youtube?
And maybe get your information into Wikipedia?

Full functional applications. Does that mean it has VGA or HDMI and USB Host interfaces?
I don't know how you could have Arduino IDE without keyboard and monitor so I expect there is a way.

Perhaps a list of such and ports (and other specs) besides the Arduino-compatible pins would help.

Others have noted issues with IE11 here too. Not sure why or whose fault that is -- I have no idea what version is on the Windows boxen I have access to, and can't be bothered to download updates to a browser I only use when I literally have no other choice. Someone else might have narrowed it down to a particular script or rendering bug, though it has been a problem for a while, so I wouldn't hold your breath for a fix if I were you.

For 90 bucks, if you want to sell them you should provide full detailed information on the sales site.

Convince the customers that they want one. Tell them what they get from ports to support. Sell it.

No, every so often you are removing them and re-posting them, you are doing the same thing here: Rubix A10 for Arduino, a new Linux Shield for Arduino Beginners - Products and Services - Arduino Forum

This is at least the second time you have done it. Stop spamming and post something useful.

@Rubix-Arduino - your activity here borders on spamming.
Please desist.

Oct 29, 2014 Our Account registered, and found forum did not support IE11 SSO login,

then a reply in this topic after solved SSO login bug.

Jan 02, 2015 deep night, this topic last reply is about Stanford Professor G****** *****s email about Rubix A10. Caused by a typo, "Standford", so quickly edited it again after posted. That's why did not forget this reply.

Jan 03, 2015 this topic a lot of replies missing, nobody know what happened, and quickly found whole forum topics and replies return back over one month! But no any notice about it, sorry if anybody can find one that time. Just imagining there's earthquake, so servers automaticly restoreed DB backups. If any errors actioned by manually, when God are free, anybody can get the fact.

Jan 05, 2015 this reply posted in IE11 again, SSO login bug missing, why? I don't know.

and

Come Rubix Gooooo Further, any new powerful Arduino projects, see your Arduino and Linux tech.

Take Rubix into your Arduino projects.

Why are they on this forum?

Correctly, Rubix A10 is a new powerful platform released from Canada, if want to go further, need more Arduino and Linux common tech. By our supporting emails, over half of users still not master basic Linux tech.

Come Rubix, Not only strengthen users common Linux tech, espcially Linux web or application server, but also built out extended non-special coding powerful open source Arduino projects.

Yes, today click sign out always fail, quickly online again, it may another SSO bug have emailed webmaster.

Only a user enjoy Arduino service we are!

OK, thanks for the heads-up - we'll direct all basic Linux questions to your support website from now on.

Now, can you please find another platform for your publicity?

Terrorism is illegal in almost all countries. To accuse a moderator of being a terrorist is offensive. Better get your language into a less combative form or I will ban you myself.

Your website does not have much useful information on it, for example, how much does the board cost? Is the loaded software open source? If so, where is this source?

Thank you so much for reading.

Today is very good! click Login and Sign out all smoothly. No bug in IE11. Thanks webmaster.

Everybody try to show facts, yes, including me. but, Sorry, Calm down.

and Linux is very interesting, a hardware it is? No. It's a very big open source tech. So every Arduino developer will find useful info online if they needed. Also by FREE advanced supporting email will deliver any best practices to all Rubix A10 customers.

Zero-Privacy-Risk hardwares all Arduino developers needed, yes, include new hardware Rubix A10.
but why ZPR[Sorry, first time combine it], a big topic that is, yes include IP, especially include accurate geo location IP. This privacy will be abused if do not remove from IP database bridged by google search engine.
