Rumba board won't connect (Win 7)

I have a Rumba 3D printer control board that I cannot connect to over USB - when I plug it in, it lights up (yes, I switched the power jumper to USB), but nothing shows up in Windows. I have tried on multiple machines, and its the same thing.

Any ideas/previous experience?

Do you know what type of USB to serial converter it uses?
