i have one question, THAT , can i run & manage 1000 LED light & 1000 IR Sensor with Arduino ??

Yes , I have one project's idea in my mind
I want , have a 2*2 meter panel that , we have 1000 LED installed on in (same as a grid ), that above of each led , installed one IR sensor , that each of 1000 sensor send data to each of 1000 LED for turning ON , OFF or fade

Yes it can be done. Whether you are up to scaling up an electronic project like this is another matter. Especially as when asked for extra information about what you want to do you came up with the flimsy reply #4.
But technically you have not said anything that makes us say no.

Well, sqrt(1000) = ~31.6, so maybe not a "grid" with a 2x2 square outline.

Are you wanting 30^2 = 900 LEDs (30 rows of 30 LEDs)...

make a simple project that has some of each so that you can read you sensors and write to your LED's

I would use an addressable LED strip for lights, so that bit is easy. Then shift registers for the inputs. I am assuming that you don't need a proportional response from the sensors, just a digital one.

im not a electronic student , but i did some arduino robotic project before it , & i can write simple program in IDE , but in this project i want run and control 900 led & 900 IR sensor , that it is out range number of arduino digital/analog pins , that you say i should use multiplexers or shift registers way to run it , OK , now i send a JPEG file that i draw a schematic idea that is in my mind

Only if you can actually say what you want. So far you have been poor at this.
We seem to be now down to 900 LEDs from 1000. Have you any idea how much this is going to cost you in LEDs and IR sensors alone? What sort of sensor are you thinking of, modulated or non modulated?

This has all the hallmarks of an X-Y Problem project. What are you trying to make?

Unless you know what you want to do and communicate that then no one can help you. You have to remember that I said in reply #5 that your construction skills might not be up to it.

Now that image, You show an IR sensor, detecting if something is blocking it. Blocking what? An IR sensor will not pick up the light from a visible LED, are you expecting it to? So where is your source of IR light that this mysterious something is going to block?
