I need help with my project, I working on a project related with level indication and with the buzzer.
I need the buzzer to turn on for one time only for one sec
even the level sensor still reading ( HIGH ) for that particular position than if sensor LOW and again become HIGH, I needed to turn on again for 1 sec only
I have 4 sensor.

Sounds like you're looking at a detection of the change of state; have a look at the state change detection example that comes with the IDE.

It appears that forum seriously needs to be meaningfully re-named. People are clearly not inclined to read the About the Installation & Troubleshooting category description any more than how to use this forum.
I suggest "Installing/ Troubleshooting the Arduino IDE", because according to the "about", that is what is is intended to be, but it needs to be up front. 
But even though this same situation comes up again and again and again with posts having to be moved, possibly even the majority of posts to that actual forum, it is a waste of time suggesting it be corrected, isn't it?
