Running on Battery - MKR1500

Hello Everyone,
I followed this guide:
https://create.arduino.cc/projecthub/Arduino_Genuino/securely-connecting-an-arduino-nb-1500-to-azure-iot-hub-af6470

Everything goes fine using the usb cable. I attached a 3.7v/2400mah battery on Vin. I used the internal led to debbug but seems the arduino keeps restarting.

I removed the while(Serial).

My suspect is I need to put capacitor, or use the JST battery port (Its not easy to found one adapter to that connector.

Any Ideias?

The minimum input voltage on the VIN pin is 3.9 V. Although a fully charged LiPo battery will supply >=3.9 V, it will not provide the sufficient voltage once the battery has been partially discharged.

I definitely recommend connecting the battery to the battery connector.

What is the exact adapter you need?

Thanks for the info.

Strange, since battery is fully charged. After some minutes the the CHRG starts to blink (with usb plugged)

The connector is the JST PHR2 connector.

So, are you just looking for the connector, and not an adapter? I bought some here:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/142721974764
but they are really difficult to remove from the socket on the MKR board after you plug it in. I don't know if they are all that way, or if it's just because I bought the super cheapo ones on eBay. I shaved some of the plastic off the plug with a hobby knife and it's easy enough to unplug them now.

Thanks for the advice, since I need a bit asap I will get 6 from a local store to put the prototypes on track.
I saw on the reference JST PHR 2, I though there was some differences between PH and PHR.
Thanks

PHR-2 is the part number of the plastic housing of the plug that goes into the battery socket on the MKR boards. If you only bought PHR-2, it wouldn't do you much good, since you would also need the SPH contacts that crimp on to the wires and go into the PHR-2. The connectors on the eBay listing I provided are the housing and contact together, so it wouldn't make sense to call them "PHR-2".

Ideally, all you would need to know is it's a 2 contact JST PH connector. All JST PH connectors are compatible with each other. Unfortunately, a lot of idiots are selling what they call a "JST PH 1.25", which has a 1.25 mm pin pitch. But all the JST PH have 2 mm pin pitch, so I don't know what that is. Maybe the JST GH? So you need to make sure the JST PH connectors you get from places like eBay specify they have a 2 mm pin pitch.
