Nevermind, I just installed an older version of the board and then updating it.
Thanks to "/esptool.exe" is not recognized as an internal or external command, an executable program or batch file
for the solution.

I added http://arduino.esp8266.com/stable/package_esp8266com_index.json to the additional boards manager url in preferences.

Afterwards I installed the esp8266 board.
