RX keep flashing

i just bought a Arduino Yun and tried transfer my program via the microusb, it didnt not work. So I decided maybe I should try transfer over via WiFi but now the RX light keep flashing(orange) and I cannot do anything about it. Anyone can give me some advice ?

I connect Yun to my laptop using the micro-USB port

I have another yun with L13 blinkingin red. WLAN flashing white...

your understanding of the Arduino Yun appears at fault.
Have you working with an Arduino before?
