Trust me on this.
The extra sim was required to enable the apple device which came without one.
So now she has two phones.
One for facetime with her sister and a second for regular usage.
It is not a "faith" based thing in the slightest just a fact that a lot of her apps will not run on the apple but work fine on the android.
Yes I am biased but in this instance it is based on fact not fiction.
I do wish it was not just an apple thing as it would save me having to learn iphone to help when she queries why things do not work on that device.
Can I tell you why they don't work ? Well no I cannot.
Can I tell you why they work on Android ? Yes because they maintain a slightly better level of compatibility for a longer period of time. Also the devs for android have more access to code than they do for apple so are often able to provide a simple update in a very timely manner when an app does go south.
