The way Android is designed the intent for an action can be made to point to any application, thus making those features integrated at the OS level. If programmed correctly there is no difference as all Android software at all levels interoperates solely on intents. This is not a feature available to Apple developers.
Also, they are all free and available in SDKs that can be integrated with Android Studio.
