SAM-BA Operation failed Help

Hello

I recently got an MRK1000 WIFI in oct 2017 and I keep getting a "SAM-BA Operation Failed" error whenever i try to upload the example project "SimpleWebServerWiFi" to it.

I have Arduino SAMD Boads (32-bits ARM Cortex-M0+) v1.6.17 installed and I checked that my driver is fully up to date. Im using the usb cord that came in the box from Arduino and I can see it in COM port before I upload.

Ive been looking for a while to find the solution on various websites but it only seems have help for boards that arent the MKR1000.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have also just tried to test connection with the COM my board is on with the Wifi firmware updater and whenever I try to test connection to the port I get a "Programmer not responding" error.
