SAMD21 Bootloader using Adalink

Hi everyone,
I recently designed, purchased and got assembled a custom SAMD21G18A board (with crystal), and am trying to burn an Arduino Bootloader onto it.

Currently, I am using an ST-Link V2 together with Adalink, with no success. Similar to this video, I am getting an error saying "Failed to verify all files were programmed", though without anything being shown when I plug it in via USB.

I'm happy to share a schematic, or other infos if necessary.

It appears that ST-link does not work with SAMD21

Thats weird, it just worked! Instead of compiling the zero bootloader using make, I used atmel studio which worked...
