Sampling rate of sensor

Dears,

I have a project and I will going to use Arduino Due board with an extra 24-bit Sigma Delta ADC. I will going to connect an pressure transducer and I need to get 200KS/s. I am not very good at electronic but How am I gonna know the sampling rate?
Is Due enough for this?

Can you give me some suggestion about this?

Surely your sensor will produce an analogue electrical signal so will not have a sampling rate.

A link to the datasheet of your ADC may help.

What are you going to do with the 24-bit samples?

You may have no luck with this sensor (HX711?), it samples at 10 or 80 Hz only :frowning:
