Hey everybody got a quick question. I would like to use the RepRap stepper driver for a project but I only need to control one stepper so I don't need the capability of the RepRap motherboard. Would I be able to connect the driver to a Sanguino using the Sanguino's JTAG? I don't have much experience but it looks like the same type of connector. If that is possible then I'll just use a Sanguino instead of the RepRap motherboard. Thanks in advance for any advice.

No the connector looks the same but a JTAG is a totally diffrent signal. There is no problem in just using normal output pins for conrolling the motor.
