Sauna temperature sensor

Hi all,

I would like to measure the temperature in my sauna (if possible also the humidity). Which would be a good sensor that would work with arduino? Accuracy is not really an issue but it should be waterproof.

DS18B20 with the Dallas Temperature Control library does a good job -55 .. 125 C

What humidity ranges are expected?
