Save data coming from Nano 33 BLE to phone

Hi. I have Arduino Nano 33 BLE sense. I want to get accelerometer data from arduino and send data to mobile phone. thanks to " [Klaus_K] code" in this page: BLE very weak signal - #12 by Klaus_K , I can send data to mobile app (BLE Scanner or LightBlue) and see them every 20 ms. but I want to save and store data to a File(Excel or anything else) . Could anyone help me how to save data on the phone?

Welcome to the forum.

I suspect you have a few choices.

  • Go trough the apps stores for Android and iOS and see whether any generic BLE app has a feature to store data.
  • Write your own app.
  • Write a sketch for a central device on a second Arduino with BLE support that will read the data and then send them via serial to the ArduinoIDE monitor. Then you can copy paste the data on your PC. This will likely be the quickest way but not as elegant as your own app.
