I'm new to all this programing. I know how to make some changes to configuration h. What I don't know is how to save the changes. Do I have to just save it. recompile it. upload it, or what do I do, and where do I do It.

The question was WHERE (on the computer) is the file LOCATED ?
Sounds like this a question for the marlin firm or marlin forum? The arduino IDE platform does not use a file called that to the best of my knowledge.
