Hello I'm new on this forum, I need help to find a way to save data from an UV sensor to a device like a Smartphone or PC to be able to read and use the data that I collected.
I'm using a BL HC-06 module to send the data to my smartphone but I don't know how to save this data.

You'll have to write code on the phone or the PC for that or use an app that does that for you... it's not an Arduino question.

At the moment I'm using a simple app i found on Google play but I don't know how to store data

a BT terminal app might offer an option to save the data stream. I don't use Android, may be look at the "Serial Bluetooth Terminal" app ?
