saving state of PIN in Yun USB memory or should I save on EEPROM?

Hi,

I am trying to save the state of specific PIN so that when I just power Yun the relay is switched on so that I dont have to turn it on again. SO I am thinking should I save it on EEPROM or should I save it on memory card or USB Drive connected to Yun ?

IIRC the EEPROM can only handle so many write cycles, so I would use USB memory.
