Scanning QR Code using esp32 cam

Hi,
I am trying to develop using esp32 cam to scan qr code that approach to it. the esp32 itself will recognize the qr code's payload to server.

So far i could only found this

Yet,i have no idea on how to implement this.

Can anyone help me with it or is it any other method to do so?
