Power should be routed from bottom (GND) and top (Vcc) of each box. Use the GND symbol instead of wires, and symbols or a common Vcc line on top.
Route signals straight from left to right, place pins in logical place instead of physical module connections. Avoid curved or buckled lines for easy perception of signal flow between modules.
You intend to use a 5v nano i guess, but how are you powering it ? there is no source for the 5v. The level shifters only shift the logic level, not power. Also you seem intend on using swSerial for both the sim as the gps. This may be a bit tricky to get working properly.
