Schematic Software

This may be the wrong forum, but I'm having trouble with a file provided by Arduino. In the page for the Arduino Mega (http://arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoBoardMega2560) a Schematic (http://arduino.cc/en/uploads/Main/arduino-mega2560-reference-design.zip) is provided. It's a .zip file containing two files of types .brd and .sch. Problem is, I can't find software that will accept the format of either of those files. I tried ExpressSCH and TinyCAD and both returnd "File format not supported." I'm stumped and can't find a solution to this anywhere on the forum or in the plethora of Google knowledge? Do you know?

Thanks,
Stauffski

Those are Eagle file formats.

Thank you very much!

Anyone done KiCad files for Mega shield work yet? (KiCad does have some programs to convert Eagle files, but de novo files are usually better in almost any environment, are they not?

KiCad Arduino shield files ARE available, and I have some RBBB files, although not yet published.
