I made these rockets with my boys for a school science fair project. They had a ton of fun launching them! With $10 roll of brown builder's paper you could probably make a hundred rockets. I'm a big believer in learning through hands on projects where my kids can apply their knowledge and maybe learn some maker skills along the way.
