Wanted to stop using toner transfer due to the time it take to do any volume.
I was wondering if Screen printing PCBs was an option?
Iv got a screen printing rig already, so was just wondering if I could use some special etch resistant ink?

If you can find out what kind of ink sharpies use, you could potentially use that (its used for touch-ups on trace work on the PCB before etching; they also make an "industrial" version of the ink that is even stronger, but you probably don't want that).
Or - maybe some kind of acrylic-based ink...? If such a thing exists...
Check this, too - closer to home for you!

Ain't cheap, tho!
Thanks for the links cr0sh!
Glad I 'acquired' a screen printing table during my collage, looking at the prices.
The uv process I use takes longer but it's better I think... Maybe I should do a tutorial with photos on next pcb I make.
I print the layout on photo paper using a laser printer. Then I iron it on a copper board. soak for 10 minutes, rub off all paper, leaves the black traces behind. etch. drill.
does not work well for traces smaller than about .015"
