SD card breakout problem

Hi all

I'm using a Sparkfun's Redboard to which I've connected a Sparkfun's microSD Transflash Breakout, through a Bi-Directional Logic Level Converter to feed 3.3V to the SD breakout.

I've connected the breakout as follows:

DO --> 12 (MISO)
DI --> 11 (MOSI)
SCK --> 13 (SCK)
CS --> 4
VCC --> 3.3V on the level converter
GND --> GND on the Redboard

the level converter has 5V on the one side (HV) and 3.3V on the other side (LV).

As for the code, I'm just trying to use the ReadWrite example from the SD library, so nothing fancy...

I think I got it all right, and yet, I can't connect to the SD card (16G formated in FAT32)!

What am I doing wrong???

Thanks for the help...

Nevermind, I'm a dumbass who didn't connect ALL connections on the SD card breakout to 3.3V... I just had VCC whereas all of them should go through the level converter...

Good day all...
