The first printing character is 32 (space) and 33 is '!'.
Before that, they're control characters.
but as I can represent these numbers similarly,in byte?
these control are well represented by this instance with the backslash '\ n'?, and others as they are?
Tell us what you're trying to do
I'm doing this: MonkeyLectric - PROTOTYPE Monkey Light Pro - bike wheel display system - YouTube
the problem is not how to represent numbers between 0-255, in one
byte in a txt file of the car Sd.
all the examples I've seen use two bytes, but a delimiter. and when
I decode this data certainly would be something of 20000, the arduino, it takes forever.

The problem is also not how to inseminate a platypus, or how to solve the Reimann Hypothesis.
What is the problem?

So what do you want the text representation of a 255 byte to be?
You can store binary data on an SD card, using file.write(). The method takes a byte. A char is the same size as a byte, but that is the ONLY similarity.

With questions like yours, I don't even need to wonder why.
