SD card physical mounting

Hello, I’m wondering if anyone has come up with an elegant solution to mounting the SD breakout board in a project box that allows swapping the card without opening the box. I’ve cut a slot in a switchplate cover and zip tied it to another component but it’s labour intensive and not real clean.
