SD Card volume only init once, then need to unconnect

Hello,

I've got a huge problem. I bought two 4Gb micro SD cards delivered with an SD/MicroSD adapter.

The card works fine in the computer, tried formatting in Fat32, then Fat16, then Fat32 with SDCard formatter, still the same issue :

Using the Cardinfo sample, it works only once, producing this output :

Initializing SD card...Wiring is correct and a card is present.

Card type: SDHC

Volume type is FAT32

Volume size (bytes): 4019191808
Volume size (Kbytes): 3924992
Volume size (Mbytes): 3833

Files found on the card (name, date and size in bytes):
SYSTEM~1/     2015-11-20 00:45:48
  INDEXE~1      2015-11-20 00:45:48 76
IMG01.BMP     2015-11-16 23:49:34 61494
IMG02.BMP     2015-11-16 23:49:52 61494
IMG03.BMP     2015-11-16 23:50:12 61494
IMG04.BMP     2015-11-16 23:50:32 61494

Then I press reset, and it produces this output :

Initializing SD card...Wiring is correct and a card is present.

Card type: SDHC
Could not find FAT16/FAT32 partition.
Make sure you've formatted the card

I can press reset forever but it doesn't work. If I take the SD Card out of the reader, put it again and press reset, then it works one time. Press reset and again volume not getting open.

Am I the only one having such an issue ?

(It did the same with the SD reader built in the TFT 1,8" LCD, that's the reason I bought a separate SD reader to check)

Did you format the SDcard explicitly on FAT32 with your windows PC?

I formated explicitely with FAT32 and another time with FAT16 to try both but same issue.
