SDS011 Air Particle Dust Sensor, sleep or power down?

I have put together a datalogger using an Arduino Pro Mini, DHT22, RTC3231, SD card module and a SDS011 Air Particle Dust Sensor.
The question is if it causes problems powering down the SDS011 between measurement every quarterly hour / half hour?
The start up time or warm up time after sleep are both 30 seconds as far as I have found out.
At the moment the RTC and SD Card are powered down before the Mini goes to sleep.
The SDS011 draws around 4ma while in sleep mode according to specs, a bit much for a battery operated setup when the additional modules draws much less when powered down/sleeping.
