Search/replace in current file only

I'm using IDE 2.3.4 in Windows 11. I want to search and replace an item in my current (open) source file only. There's a choice of "replace in files", but it wants to replace in all files in my sketch folder. If I type in my filename in the box for specific files, it still wants to hunt down all my backups and replace there as well. Any way to limit the scope?

Use Ctrl + H to trigger the Find and Replace dialogue directly or Ctrl + F to trigger the Find dialogue then click the right facing arrow next to the field where you enter the text to be found
