Has anyone used a Seeduino film yet? I searched but haven't found anything yet. I need to know how or what to use to program it, i.e FTDI 3.3v? Or can I just use my Seeduino Mega?

wow no one has used the seeeduino film yet! 
I find that hard to believe. Well guess I'll give it a try with the Mega (it's just money!)
