The Seeduino Mega 2560 board breaks out PH2 - the clock for USART #2, permitting it to be used as a second SPI channel (master mode only) with a connection to the SCLK line there. On the usual Mega 2560 boards, lead 14 (PH2) of the ATMEGA 2560 chip is not connected anywhere, thus the USART can't be used in SPI mode, but with the additional connections on this board you can implement without having to hack the board.
